If the driver uses the "alert" feature it will send a text to the passenger when the driver is on route or has arrived.
(Note: You can create a login for the customer but not for the passenger. Customers can submit new quotes after logging in but cannot see the drivers location). See example below.
There's no in-app navigation for the driver but there is a button in the booking- in the trip itinerary section- that looks like the Google Maps pin drop icon. If this is tapped on a mobile phone it will open the directions in Google Maps. See example below.
