Quote Request Form Options

Go to: Configuration > Customer Billing 

Under the heading Quote Request Form Options make your desired selections.

There is an "immediate payment upon quote submission" option available. If you enable this feature, Customers will be requested to pay to confirm their booking when they submit a quote request. You must have "Instant Quote" enabled for this to work. Please make sure your prices are set up as desired before enabling, as you will not have the chance to edit the booking before payment is collected.
