Quote Form: Self Service "Extra Options"

Quote Form self-service Extras-

If you go to Fees & Discounts, there are 2 new options:

1. "Allow customer to add on Quote Form as optional extra" - Check the "Allow customer..." box to display this fee on last step of the Quote Form; customers will be able to add as an optional "Extra". You can use this for things like Car Seats or Meet & Greet. It works with and without Instant Quote enabled. The selected extra fees will automatically be added to the billing and display in the Customer Notes section.

2. "Max Quantity" - Set the "Max Quantity" to limit how many the customer can add. For example, if they can only add one Car Seat, then set the Max Quantity to "1".
