Text Message Alerts (SMS)

Drivers and customers will automatically receive text messages for important events.

Note: In order for users and customers to receive texts, their primary phone number must be set to cellular. All texts are fixed (they are not customizable) the main reason for this is to maintain straightforward and clear messaging. 

We will send a text message for the following events: 

Customers: 

• payment request
