Creating a Quote Form Disclaimer

To create a "Quote Form Disclaimer go to Configuration > Customer Billing, you will find a new field called "Disclaimer". If you fill this out and save, it will show on the last page of the Quote Request Form. Use it to add whatever message you like, such as an explanation of your fees.
